Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Willingness To Utilize Straw Resources In Henan Province

Straw is an inevitable by-product in the process of crop production.In the past,many farmers directly burned-straw on the spot for the convenience of treatment,which not only caused a waste of resources,but also caused environmental pollution.Therefore,how to realize"turning waste into treasure" and recycling of straw is particularly important.In view of this,based on the circular economy theory,sustainable development theory and farmers' behavior theory,this paper takes farmers in Henan Province as the research object,combined with the second-hand data collected from various statistical yearbooks and the first-hand data obtained from the questionnaire survey,summarizes the situation of crop-straw resources in Henan Province,analyzes the current situation of straw resource utilization of farmers in Henan Province,and from the basic characteristics of farmers,the characteristics of farmers,the characteristics of farmers,and the characteristics of farmers.The influencing factors of straw resource utilization were discussed from three aspects:family characteristics and land management scale.Specifically,First,based on the data of the main crop output,population number in different regions and the planting area of main crops in Henan Province and 18 cities,the straw resources of seven main crops(rice,wheat,corn,soybean,peanut,rapeseed and cotton)in Henan Province were analyzed from 2010 to 2019,and the amount of straw resources of 7 main crops in 18 cities and cities in Henan Province in 2019 was analyzed In 2019,the per capita straw resources of 18 cities and cities in Henan Province,the per capita straw resources of wheat and corn,and the amount of straw per unit sown area and the amount of wheat and corn per unit sown area in 18 cities in 2019,thus a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the straw resources in Henan Province is obtained.Secondly,in order to understand the current situation of the utilization of straw resources of farmers in Henan Province and what factors will affect their willingness to use straw,612 effective questionnaires are issued.Through data analysis,the types of crop straws planted by the investigated farmers,how to deal with the crop straw after harvest,how to see the straw burning in the field and the straw in the field are clarified The main reasons of inter burning,the main reasons of not choosing to utilize straw resources,which resource utilization mode is the most place,and which resource utilization mode has the most promising development prospects,thus depicts the current situation of straw resource utilization of farmers in Henan Province.Next,Based on 612 valid questionnaires and logistic regression analysis,this paper discusses 13 factors in three aspects:the characteristics of the head of household,family characteristics and market factors;Family characteristics:number of family labor force,total family income,family planting area,main source of family income,whether rural cadres,whether Party members,whether to participate in cooperative economic organizations;Market factors:purchase point and purchase price)on Farmers' willingness to deal with straw in Henan Province.The results show that the age of the head of household has a significant negative impact on the willingness of farmers to use straw resources in Henan Province,while the total household income,household planting area,the main source of household income;whether rural cadres,whether Party members,whether to participate in cooperative economic organizations,purchase point and purchase price can all have a significant positive impact.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper puts forward four policy suggestions to improve the utilization of straw resources in Henan Province,which are:strengthening the comprehensive quality training of farmers,improving the supply chain of straw utilization system led by the government,increasing the financial subsidies and policy support for the utilization of straw resources,and strengthening the technical support for the utilization of straw resources To promote the use of surgical techniques.
