With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening of economic globalization,all walks of life began to introduce advanced machinery and equipment.The sharing and co-construction mode brought by knowledge economy requires the continuous innovation and progress of organizations to survive and develop.In this context,the important role of people in the organization is gradually highlighted.The competitive advantage of an organization in an industry no longer comes from the possession of material resources,but from the attraction,cultivation and retention of talents.The unrepeatability and imitativeness of talents have shaped the sustainability of the core competitive advantage of the organization.In order to survive and develop in the ever-changing market environment,an organization must strengthen the management of talents and build an efficient talent team.Geological exploration industry is an industry that needs the intelligence and creativity of professional and technical talents to promote.The shortage of technical talents and the large liquidity of talents in the industry show the necessity and urgency of strengthening the construction of professional and technical talents.Articles in professional and technical personnel A land-saving mine bureau as the research object,through the literature research insight into the concept of professional and technical personnel team construction and relevant theories,to A province departmental collect relevant professional and technical personnel and promotion in the quantity,structure,increase or decrease of information,through the analysis and comparison,professional and technical personnel A land-saving departmental team as A whole show gender structure imbalance,lack of highly educated personnel,professional and technical personnel account for basic reasonable,talent liquidity is bigger than wait for A characteristic.Further obtained the system documents on the construction of professional and technical personnel team of the bureau of geology and mining,and conducted a questionnaire survey.A total of 302 questionnaires were issued and 298 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 98.7%.Finally,271 effective questionnaires were recovered,with an effective rate of 91.3%.Based on the above data,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the professional and technical personnel team of A provincial geological and mining bureau,and finds that the structure of the professional and technical personnel team is unreasonable and its stability is poor.The talent introduction channel is narrow,the training method is single;Talent use mechanism is not flexible,incentive measures have no effect and so on.Through exploring the root of the problem,analyze the reasons behind the problem,change ideas from attaches great importance to the professional and technical personnel team construction,standard system construction and implementation,improve the mechanism of the talent management system of the three aspects of professional and technical personnel to solve A land-saving departmental team construction problems put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to provide powerful guarantee for the development of A departmental better economically,but also provide reference for other units in the geological exploration industry.On the one hand,the research purpose of this paper is to propose improvement measures for the construction of professional and technical talents of A provincial bureau of land and mining,so as to improve its management status and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness.On the other hand,the experience summarized is applied to the management of geological exploration industry to provide Suggestions for the construction of professional and technical personnel team of other geological exploration units.
