Education is the basic of a One-Hundred Year Strategy of a nation.Based on the status data of Bioscience(normal)major construction in Hunan Normal University,this thesis analyzes the development of teaching quality improvement in the process of major construction from the perspective of eight graduation requirements,which reflect the teaching output,i.e.teachers' moral standards,education feelings,etc.According to the training requirements of "One Morality,Three Learning",students majoring in Bioscience practice teachers' morality,abide by educational norms,have good educational feelings,are willing to bear hardships,are willing to contribute to,and are willing to strive for the development of education.In terms of teaching,students who complete theoretical and practical teaching according to the teaching schedule,are of solid theoretical basis and practice of biology Practice ability,are able to comprehensively use these knowledge and other related subject knowledge,can carry out biology teaching and scientific research in middle school,solve complex problems in biology teaching in middle school,demonstrate and lead biology teaching in middle school;have good communication,coordination,management,competition and cooperation ability in learning how to educate people,and master the physiological and psychological characteristics of middle school students,carry out physical and mental health education as well as patriotic and family loving education;to achieve truth-seeking,integrity,reflection and dedication in the development of the society,to be able to organize research-based teaching exploratory experiment,field investigation,teaching and research topic research,and to be able to self-use,lifelong learning,and constantly achieve continuous improvement of teaching ability.However,the current problems mainly include the lack of a broad international perspective,and the need to further strengthen the ability of teaching,research and information technology.Therefore,in the process of education and teaching improvement,the Bioscience(normal)major closely focuses on the professional personnel training program,improves the professional construction plan,establishes and improves the dynamic adjustment mechanism of the major,advances with the times,comprehensively implements new ideas,further develops the professional advantages,and cultivates the students' professional pride and sense of belonging;deepens and strengthens the construction of the teaching staff and strengthens.The process management of students realizes the whole staff education.Join the "double ten thousand plan" of the state,build a first-class major,and play a role of demonstration and radiation in professional reform and innovation,teaching staff,teaching resources,quality assurance system,etc.,so as to achieve greater achievement.
