Private construction enterprises play an important role in supporting the construction industry and have made outstanding contributions to the socialist market economy in the new era.Employees are the main body of organizational survival and sustainable development and employee loyalty is a necessary condition for organizational success.Professional and technical employees are the backbone of private construction enterprises,taking up important responsibilities in engineering quality,technological progress and innovation,construction progress and efficiency and so on.With the continuous improvement of the overall quality,professional ability and demand of professional and technical employees,the loss of professional and technical employees has become a realistic problem that private construction enterprises need to solve today.Therefore,studying the professional and technical employees’loyalty in private construction enterprises plays an important role in the development of private construction enterprises.By combing the domestic and foreign literatures that affect employee loyalty,this study finds that individual characteristics and organizational factors of employees are the main aspects that affect employee loyalty.To this end,combined with the specific situation of private construction industry and professional and technical personnel in Gansu Province,the influencing factors affecting the loyalty of professional and technical personnel in private construction industry are explored from the individual factors and organizational factors of employees.The individual characteristics of employees are:gender,age,education,professional title,family negative but five factors;organizational factors are:salary and welfare,rules and regulations,corporate culture and group relationship and employee work environment four factors.Through questionnaire design and investigation,the relevant data were collected and the logistic regression method was used to verify the data.The results showed that the academic qualifications of employees’ individual characteristics positively affected employee loyalty,while the professional title negatively affected employee loyalty;organizational factors positively affected professional and technical personnel loyalty..Based on the above research results,the reasons for the problems of the professional and technical loyalty of private construction enterprises in Gansu Province are analyzed.The countermeasures are proposed to improve the countermeasures,that is,to care about the needs of employees and promote individual development;pay attention to salary rewards and improve the welfare system;encourage employees Participate in and optimize rules and regulations;build corporate culture,create a harmonious atmosphere;improve safety and security,and improve the working environment.
