In recent years,Xinjiang's tourism industry has been developing rapidly.In order to maintain the sustainable development of tourism,the satisfaction of public service must be guaranteed,so it is necessary to study the satisfaction of tourists of public service in Xinjiang.The paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter one is the introduction,which elaborates the research background and significance of this topic,sorts out the connotation of tourism public service and the factors affecting customer satisfaction,and lays a theoretical foundation for the design of the questionnaire of "tourist satisfaction survey of Xinjiang tourism public service".Chapter 2 data acquisition,which introduces how to use online voluntary samples and offline questionnaires to obtain first-hand information;Chapter three measures the satisfaction degree of public service.It introduces the measurement of the overall satisfaction degree of Xinjiang's tourism public service by means of descriptive statistics,paired ratio t-test and IPA quadrant analysis.The fourth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction,and expounds the use of structural equation model to measure the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction of public service in Xinjiang.Chapter five is the conclusion and enlightenment.According to the conclusion,it explores the ways to improve the satisfaction of tourists in Xinjiang's tourism public service.According to the analysis of tourist satisfaction degree and demand perception degree,it is concluded that tourists' overall satisfaction with public information,infrastructure,convenient transportation,administrative service,public safety and industry guidance in Xinjiang tourism public service is close to "general satisfaction".In terms of the satisfaction of tourists,the satisfaction degree of public security is the highest,the satisfaction degree of convenient transportation is the lowest,and the satisfaction degree of online reservation service is the highest,and the satisfaction degree of car rental service is the lowest in the six dimensions.From the perspective of the needs of tourists,among the six dimensions,the demand for public security is the largest,while the demand for public information is the smallest.Among the observation variables,the demand for emergency response and rescue services is the largest,and the demand for the development,construction and management of tourism public resources(landscape)is the smallest.In addition,gender,age,education background,occupation,monthly income and region will affect tourists' satisfaction with public services in Xinjiang.According to the analysis of factors influencing the satisfaction of tourists in public service of tourism,it is shown that the satisfaction of public service of tourism in Xinjiang is influenced by public information,infrastructure,convenient transportation,administrative services,public safety and industry guidance.Meanwhile,six potential variables have a positive impact on the satisfaction of tourists.Among the six factors that affect the satisfaction of tourists,industry guidance has a direct impact on them.Public information,infrastructure,convenient transportation,administrative services and public security have a direct and indirect impact on them.Among the direct influencing factors,the most important one is public security.Among the indirect factors,the most important one is infrastructure.In general,public safety has the greatest impact on tourist satisfaction,while industry guidance has the least impact.
