Based on existing problems such as the present situation weakly, GIS deeply poor, the share of resource hardly, the lack of system scalability, combined with the achievements of geospatial framework about digital city, the author research on the realization of theoretical and technical architecture system of tourism resource management system on the strength of geographic information public service platform.Under the integrated development environment of.Net Framework 4.0,using Visual Studio2010 (C#) as a development tool, The system developed by B/S model and used the method of unite Silverlight with plug-in technology to achieve the establishment. The research content is as follows:First:From the perspective of user needs, the author completed overall design of tourism resource management system, which based on the geographic information public service platform, including architecture design, function design and database design. And she studied the system data security mechanism, which realized data storage using ArcSDE spatial data engine technology to connect the Oracle database data and organization mode.Second:Based on the authoritative, fresh, powerful and strong data services, which is provided by geographic information public service platform, the author realized the integration expression of platform data and tourism thematic data using the interface of platform service and Mashup technology, then can provide reliable tourism geographic information service for the public timely and accurately.Third:While the plug-in technology was applied to the development of tourism resource management system, the author completed engine design and development about the main interface procedures of system, contract and plugin engines, which make the system flexible expandability, facilitate late update maintenance and system upgrade.Four:According to user demand of tourism system operation convenient and fully functional, the author using the dynamic link library plug-in technology realized 36 functions of plugin development including Transit service based on ant algorithm, Tourism planning engine design based on genetic algorithm, emergency command and exercise of scenic spots, the theme of tourism, tourism multimedia display, the tour circuit recommends, the query about travel, drive travel navigation, tourism thematic map, statistical map printing,360 degree vista, data online editing functions and so on, these can provide "one-stop" travel geographic information service for users.
