The Research On Climate Adaptation Of Old Residential Facades In Severe Cold Area

In recent years,under the influence of global urban renewal practices,cities located in the severe cold regions of northern China have emerged many old residential building renovation activities.Affected by the severe cold weather,the old residential buildings in the north have more serious surface damage,aging structure and monotonous image than other climate regions.In view of the above problems,this study takes the optimization of climate adaptability as the starting point,and discusses the facade reconstruction methods of old houses under the influence of severe cold climate conditions.This study fully combines the climatic characteristics of severe cold areas,through the review,analysis,induction and summary of relevant data,and the on-site investigation of cities in severe cold areas,to explore the aspects of residential facades from the overall and partial renovation of residential facades Climate adaptation methods.First of all,to study the domestic and foreign cases of climate-adaptive housing and summarize the general characteristics of residential facades in severe cold areas in China.On this basis,the overall transformation method of the building is proposed,that is,the overall image optimization,detail component integration and architectural style selection.In every aspect,the image of the facade of the old residence has been gradually optimized for climate adaptability.Secondly,the building facade is disassembled into various components,and various types of components are studied locally,mainly including the following two aspects: to study the relationship between the form of the elements of the residential building facade and the climate,and to summarize the morphological elements of components that are adapted to the climate characteristics of severe cold regions,and divide the components into outer protective components,auxiliary components and decorative components.Study the selection of materials and construction methods for facade reconstruction.Screen the facade's structural form and construction materials,based on the material's climate adaptability.Choose good thermal insulation materials and more economical thermal insulation materials and construction forms.Choose facing materials with high weather resistance and safety.This article takes the severe cold area as the research object,combines architecture and climate,and puts forward design principles and strategies according to the differences of different geographical environments,which provides a feasible plan for the renovation of the residential facade in the severe cold area.In today's era of resource scarcity,energy crisis,and deteriorating human living environment,it is of great significance to save social resources and protect the natural ecological environment by truly considering the nature of the building and fully considering the climatic and environmental factors for building renovation.
