In recent years,with the development of China’s comprehensive national strength,the investment in the prevention and control of geological disasters has greatly increased.A large number of government-led geological disaster prevention and control projects have been initiated and implemented.With the further increase of capital and personnel input,cost management and control of landslide treatment projects are becoming more and more important,and the study of influencing factors of landslide treatment project cost is the key to conduct a good job in project cost management.Based on this,this paper has carried out relevant analysis and research work on the influencing factors of landslide treatment project cost,and is used to guide the optimization of landslide treatment scheme.Because the cost of landslide treatment project is affected by many factors,this paper developed an analysis model of influencing factors based on analytic hierarchy process,obtains the weight of each influencing factor of landslide treatment project cost by carrying out questionnaire survey and using the established analysis model,and uses the research results to optimize the landslide treatment scheme of Nixi Town,taking the landslide in Yunyang County as the research object.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the related concepts of landslide,engineering cost and landslide treatment engineering cost are expounded,then the components and characteristics of landslide treatment engineering cost are discussed,and then the basic measures of landslide treatment engineering are elaborated.Finally,the related theories of project cost management and landslide control plan formulation are discussed.Secondly,according to the characteristics of landslide treatment project cost,research literature and relevant experience of landslide treatment project cost,common influencing factors are listed,and on this basis,relevant experts and practitioners are asked to confirm by questionnaire survey.On the basis of the factors that have been determined to affect the project cost of landslide treatment,an analytic hierarchy process-based analysis model for the factors that affect the project cost is established.Then,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the analysis model of influencing factors of project cost analyzes the weight of each influencing factor of landslide treatment project cost by designing a questionnaire,and obtains the weight of each influencing factor of landslide treatment project cost.The influencing factors are landslide scale,failure mode,design scheme,place of occurrence,construction organization,steel price,weather condition,concrete price,supervision coordination,investigation result,labor cost and capital operation in order of weight.At the same time,the research results are analyzed and suggestions are put forward on the optimal path of landslide treatment design scheme.Finally,taking the specific landslide case in Nixi Town of Yunyang County as the research object,and based on the existing analysis results,optimization suggestions are put forward for the treatment schemes of several unstable slopes and hazardous rock geological bodies in Nixi Town and its surrounding areas,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the project cost.This paper obtains the opinions of relevant experts,technicians and relevant employees in the geological disaster industry on the influencing factors of landslide treatment project cost through questionnaires,constructs an influencing factor analysis model to analyze various influencing factors of landslide treatment project cost,and puts forward a new angle of optimization of landslide treatment scheme.
