The water conservancy industry is the foundation of our national economy and is closely related to social industry and agricultural production.The collection,analysis and management of hydrological data provide guidance for the actual production of the water conservancy industry.Under the current situation of gradual improvement of water conservancy projects,water conservancy informatization as a non-engineering measure provides a good solution for water conservancy data management,analysis and display.There are many types,large quantities,and rapid growth of hydrological data.Big data technology has the ability to efficiently process massive data and mine its value.It can be used to guide practical work and provide new ideas for the collection,integration,and analysis of hydrological data.The geographic information system(GIS)has powerful spatial data storage,analysis and display capabilities.With the emergence and rise of 3D GIS technology,combined with spatial data engines and models,it is possible to store,query,and statistically analyze hydrological information,and It can more intuitively display the spatial distribution characteristics of hydrological information.In order to solve the problems existing in actual engineering projects,this paper builds a hydrological forecast and early warning simulation platform with the support of big data technology and geographic information system technology.First,the key supporting technologies of the system platform are introduced.The hydrological information in the dataless areas is collected and sorted by crawlers,and the neural network model is used to predict the runoff in the dataless areas,and the 3D point cloud data is semantically segmented.In terms of information display,the Cesium three-dimensional GIS platform is used to realize the spatial display of hydrological information,the loading of terrain data and watershed elements,the design of basic GIS functions and the realization of three-dimensional simulation of the reservoir area.On thisbasis,using Java Script language and MVVM model front-end architecture,using C#language and.NET platform back-end architecture,developed a hydrological forecast and early warning simulation information platform,taking Xinjiang Dashimen Water Information Platform as an example,Display,test and use of system function modules.The design of the hydrological forecast and early warning simulation platform has improved the management level and efficiency of hydrological data collection,shortened the forecast scheduling time,improved the management level and execution efficiency of decision makers,and provided important technical support for the construction of water conservancy informatization.
