Thus the geographic information system (GIS)' s application is more and more widespread. The geographic information system has provided the powerful information processing and the policy-making support service for all the various trades and occupations.In order to understand and analyze the Yunnan Province water conservation and hydroelectricity resources further, Simultaneously also must carry on the management to its corresponding data. Thus needs to establish an information system, Because involves to the very many geography data, Therefore establishes based on the geographic information system Yunnan Province water conservation and hydroelectricity information system is must. Uses in managing the dispersible water conservation and hydroelectricity information resource, Enhances the water conservation and hydroelectricity information the management level. The increase decision-making scientific nature has the significant significance.
