As the rapid development of economic in recent years,the rational development and utilization of marine and ocean integrated prevention of geological disasters become one of the important work about the national economy and the health of human society and sustainable development. Therefore, the correct analysis and forecast of marine geological hazards on the ocean to conduct a rational assessment of geological hazards and make a reasonable forecast is more and more necessary.The author conducted a brief description of marine geological disasters in decision-making problems, established management models and basic framework of indicators system according to the geological environment for the ocean and the principle of selection of indicators, selected several important indicators on the marine geological environment, finally, a evaluation model to make decision of marine geological hazards was established.The decision-making system of marine geological disasters is a complex system composed of multi-factors, the decision is influenced by many factors, so that a number of evaluation methods show some limitations during the analysis of geological disasters. The Principal Component Analysis Algorithm is make multi-dimensional factor into the same system to conduct quantitative research, extract and simplify the original factors or variables, so this algorithm as a decision-making algorithms in the marine geological disasters. This article describes the basic principles and calculation steps of this algorithm and makes a brief summary of the application. The properties of Principal Component Analysis Algorithm have a very good applicability and feasibility in practical problems.In use of C# technology, this paper realized of the decision-making system based on Principal Component Analysis Algorithm, and analyzed the running results to be the principal component factors affecting the marine geological hazards, put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
