Since the middle and late 1980 s,the theoretical and empirical research related to supply chain management has risen rapidly,which has become a management method system for enterprises to reduce costs and pursue quality.As an indispensable part of supply chain management,supply chain quality control is not only responsible for ensuring product quality,but also has an important influence on win-win cooperation among supply chain enterprises.However,with the content and method of quality coordination control deepening among supply chains,enterprises find that the quality coordination control strategy mechanism formed between supply chains cannot be maintained in a stable state due to the influence of various factors,and only for the final product quality control can not always meet the dynamic market and consumer demand,which will not only lead to the result of the quality control of the final products,but also can not meet the dynamic market and consumer demand Product quality problems occur frequently,and cause great losses to supply chain enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the quality control stability strategy of supply chain.Through the research and summary of the relevant domestic and foreign literature,it is found that the research scope of the quality coordination control among most supply chains is the prevention and inspection of finished products,while the research on the core link of product personalization is very little,and more researches have the rational limitations on the supply chain nodes.Therefore,the paper discusses how the limited rational supply chain participants can carry out the quality coordination control from the product design and development stage,and study the factors and strategic evolution path that affect the quality coordination control in depth,and expect to realize the research value of ensuring the product quality level from the source of the product.Based on the theoretical research,mathematical modeling and simulation analysis,this paper studies the quality coordination control strategy of supply chain under the mode of contract cooperation and strategic cooperation for the first time by establishing the evolutionary game model of supply chain quality control.The factors and evolution trend that affect the stable quality control strategy of supply chain system are analyzed in depth.The results of the analysis are discussed further to refine and deepen the content of the theory of supply chain quality control.The results show that:(1)in the contract cooperation mode,the probability of parts suppliers and manufacturers choosing the overall quality cooperative control strategy is positively related to the incremental and cooperative benefits,and negatively related to the cost of quality control and speculative income.(2)In the strategic cooperation mode,the probability of parts suppliers and manufacturers choosing cooperation strategy is positively related to the incremental income,excess income and penalty,and negatively related to the cost of quality cooperation and speculative income.At the same time,there is an optimal excess income distribution coefficient in the system,which makes the parts suppliers and manufacturers reach the ideal state when they allocate the excess return,and the probability of the evolution of the supply chain system to the stable cooperation strategy is the greatest.In addition,based on the evolutionary analysis results obtained under different cooperation modes,the paper uses MATLAB tools to carry out numerical simulation analysis,which verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the evolution results,and provides some management enlightenment for the supply chain enterprises to make decision-making of quality coordination control strategy.
