Construction industrialization is a large-scale production mode characterized by standardized design,prefabricated production and assembly construction.It has the advantages of ensuring building quality,saving manpower and resources,and reducing pollution.Therefore,it has been vigorously promoted in China.The industrial chain of construction industrialization is an organizational form constructed by the aggregation of enterprises in different production links.The integration of industrial chain helps to improve production efficiency and optimize resource allocation by strengthening the cooperation between enterprises and production links.Therefore,the issue of industrial chain integration is widely concerned.Industry chain integration includes three dimensions of product,value and knowledge,and knowledge integration is the focus of forming the core competitiveness of both the chain and its enterprises under the current knowledge economy background.Knowledge integration involves the respective behavioral strategies and interactions of enterprises within the industrial chain,and knowledge activities have long-term dynamic characteristics.The evolutionary game method is a powerful tool to deal with such problems.Therefore,this paper identifies the problem as an evolutionary game analysis of the knowledge integration process of the industrial chain of construction industrialization.First of all,based on the theory of industry chain integration,knowledge management and knowledge activity system,this paper summarizes the elements and specific activities of industry chain knowledge integration.According to the actual situation,the industrial chain of construction industrialization was analyzed in a targeted manner,and the evolutionary game framework of knowledge integration of this chain was established according to the long-term interactions among participants within various activities.Then,based on the theory of labor division and transaction cost,this paper analyzes the vertical knowledge sharing of the industrial chain of construction industrialization,and clarifies the benefits and costs of knowledge sharing behavior of the designers,suppliers and contractors,and establishes the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing among the three parties.The evolutionary game system is transformed into a SD model,and the evolution of the three-party knowledge sharing strategy is simulated by adjusting the initial strategy of the participants,the cost reduction coefficient and the coordination cost.Finally,based on competitive advantage and cooperative competition theory,this paper analyzes the horizontal knowledge innovation of within same production links in the industrial chain of construction industrialization,and clarifies the impact of the cooperative behavior on the cost and benefit of the knowledge innovation activity,thus establishing the evolutionary game model of knowledge cooperative innovation.The effects of adjusting synergy coefficient,knowledge core degree and innovation benefit parameters on cooperation strategy were analyzed by SD simulation.It is found that in the game model will generate fluctuations in a certain situation,and dynamic and stable punishment mechanisms are constructed to analyze the methods of suppressing fluctuations.Through evolutionary game analysis,this paper conducts a preliminary study on the knowledge integration problem of the industrial chain of construction industrialization.In the future,this research can be supplemented in terms of deepening the game method,perfecting the theoretical basis,and enhancing the connection between theory and practice.
