Sweatshops usually mean cheap labor, poor working conditions and fewer worker benefits.Intellectual property theft has become an increasingly important issue for countries around the world in recent years, and the development of intellectual property in China is still significantly inadequate compared to that of developed countries.Export subsidies, while showing positive effects, also gradually reveal the disadvantages of foreign trade export enterprises rely too much on financial subsidies to make up for the defects of the old system and ease the contradictions in the reform of the economic system, which not only reduces the efficiency of economic operation, but also hinders the process of reform of the foreign trade economic system.Intellectual property theft, sweatshops and export subsidies are typical problems in China's manufacturing sector, and the U.S.has publicly accused China of these three unfair trade practices in the trade war. These problems affect the image of Chinese companies in the world and will further threaten China's long-term economic growth and the transformation of the economic development model. In this context, this thesis constructs two evolutionary game models for manufacturers and suppliers, and manufacturers, suppliers and government in the export trade supply chain through the study of background, significance, and related domestic and foreign literature, using the evolutionary game model, aiming to explore the key factors affecting the strategy choice of manufacturers and suppliers, and the evolutionary stabilization strategies of the three groups with government participation, and finally provide the strategy for each group. The study found that the key factors influencing the manufacturer's strategy choice were:the production cost of choosing the "no cost compression" strategy, the production cost of choosing the "cost compression" strategy, the probability of detection of cost compression, and the severity of the penalty. The key factors influencing the choice of supplier strategy are the additional social reputation gained and the total additional cost incurred by the supplier in conducting its own technology development. In addition,it is found that the net benefit of the supplier choosing the "independent R&D" strategy is greater than the net benefit of the "copycat" strategy when the government chooses "granting export subsidies" in the case of government participation.(1,0,0)and(1,1,1)when the net benefit of the"no cost compression" strategy is greater than the net benefit of the "cost compression" strategy;and(1,0,0)and(0,1,1)when the net benefit of the "no cost compression" strategy is greater than the net benefit of the"cost compression" strategy. Finally, based on the above findings,we suggest measures from different dimensions to provide reference for the transformation and development of Chinese manufacturing industry.
