The implementation of a series of medical reform policies,the development of digital economy,the rise of medical e-commerce and the entry of third-party logistics have accelerated the transformation of the pharmaceutical industry,and the pharmaceutical supply chain with pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,pharmaceutical circulation enterprises and pharmaceutical sales terminals as the main nodes faces restructuring.Under the "two-ticket system" and other medical reform policies,the pharmaceutical circulation industry has a significant effect,and the leading enterprises in the pharmaceutical circulation are in fierce competition,and the competition and cooperation relationship among the nodes of the pharmaceutical supply chain changes accordingly.The decision of the main body of the pharmaceutical supply chain to maximize their own interests under the industry changes may hinder the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry.In order to promote the sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industry,pharmaceutical enterprises must seek to establish a long-term stable competition and cooperation relationship,so the horizontal and vertical competition and cooperation relationship between the nodes of the pharmaceutical supply chain is the focus of this paper..In this paper,the three-level pharmaceutical supply chain of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,pharmaceutical distribution enterprises and pharmaceutical sales terminals is selected as the research object.Based on the review of evolutionary game theory and competition and cooperation theory,the deer hunting evolutionary game model of vertical competition and cooperation relationship between pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises and pharmaceutical distribution enterprises and the eagle pigeon evolutionary game model of horizontal competition and cooperation relationship between pharmaceutical distribution enterprises are constructed.To explore the factors influencing the game behavior of the main body of the pharmaceutical supply chain under the medical reform policy.Through the replication of dynamic analysis and Matlab numerical simulation,the research conclusions are as follows: Firstly,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises and pharmaceutical distribution enterprises cannot reach the social optimal solution that both sides choose to cooperate actively through their own evolution,but also need the help of pharmaceutical supervision.Based on the hypothesis of this paper,the probability of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises and pharmaceutical distribution enterprises to choose active cooperation is proportional to their share of cooperation income,rewards and punishments,and inversely proportional to their cooperation cost,communication cost and risk bearing degree.Secondly,the game between pharmaceutical circulation enterprises can reach the social optimal solution through its own evolution.The probability of choosing healthy competition is proportional to the monopoly cost,conflict cost and conflict degree it pays,and inversely proportional to the monopoly income,excess income and loss cost it pays.Based on this,this paper respectively put forward specific suggestions on the horizontal and vertical competition and cooperation evolutionary game of the pharmaceutical supply chain,in order to provide ideas for the establishment of efficient and healthy competition and cooperation relationship between the nodes of the pharmaceutical supply chain and the long-term and stable development of the pharmaceutical industry.
