| Artificial weather modification(AWM)plays an important role in serving agricultural production,alleviating water resource shortage,preventing and reducing disasters,protecting ecology and safeguarding major activities.The AWM operational system is a necessary support for the construction of meteorological informatization,and a strong guarantee for improving the efficiency of operational command and the level of science and technology.At present,there are different types of AWM operational systems,most of them are self-contained and difficult to share information,resulting in the status of one operation and multiple systems.How to build a comprehensive operational system that supports the modernization of provincial AWM operation and realizes the up-down communication,functional complementarity and standard intensification of AWM operational command at all levels in the province is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the provincial AWM comprehensive operational system as the research object.By referring to the guide to the construction of AWM comprehensive operational system(China Meteorological Administration Weather Modification Center,2017)and combining with the current situation and development planning of AWM in Shandong Province,the requirements of AWM operations,system function and system performance are analyzed.Based on the principle of intensification,a comprehensive operational database of AWM is constructed,which includes basic operational data,basic geographic data,job collection data,special observation data,duty log data and system management data and so on.Based on the idea of front-end and back-end separation and modular architecture,a provincial AWM comprehensive operational system is designed,which includes six modules:operational information management,job decision command,job information collection,special data display,duty log management,system background management.According to the requirements of real-time observation data processing and display,the processing strategy of file real-time monitoring,database timing synchronization and multithreading parallel processing is proposed,and the practical real-time processing solution of special observation data is designed,the integrated display mechanism of special observation data is explored,and the real-time display technology route of aircraft operation track is studied.By using Java web and WebGIS technology and Spring Boot open source framework,the system functions are realized.In this paper,the provincial AWM comprehensive operational sysyem is established,which integrates the existing AWM operations at the provincial level,breaks through the barriers between previous systems,realizes the data sharing between systems and departments,and improves the scientific and technological level of AWM work.The system has been put into use in the artificial influence weather departments at all levels in the province,and has achieved good application results. |
