Abstract/Summary:
This thesis will define a set of process assets that a transform team can apply to a Mission and Safety Critical (MASC) problem domain. The process model that will be applied is an iterative evolution of the Objected Oriented Domain Engineering (OODE) and it will be mapped to the Clear Lake Life Cycle Model (CLLCM). The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI RTM) model will be used as a base for developing the key practices of the transform team. The process assets will then be run through a case study of a MASC system, the Emergency Management System. The EMS is being envisioned for Galveston County to handle emergencies that include natural and man-made incidents.
