In recent years, Regardless of external environment factors, including marketcompetition, consumer demand and product cycle, or internal organizational structure,business process and management model, all factors have undergone tremendouschanges. In order to adapt to the complex environment, more and more enterprisestake the team to the work mode. But from the practice in recent years, manyenterprises have not achieved the desired effect on team building and managementpractice, there are many reasons, one of the most critical is that we don’t understandthe team operation rules. Therefore, how to make the efficient operation of the team,how to enhance the team’s cohesion has both academic and practical significance.Firstly, we summarize the concept of teams and team cohesion, the factors ofteam interaction that influence the team cohesion and performance, and then reviewthe current study; On the basis of the theory, we raise the research hypothesis andexplore the measurement model of team cohesion. Based on this, the author designsthe questionnaire and gather team cohesion’ data, then study the data by correlationanalysis and regression analysis. The results showed that: First, task-based leadership,team communication, and team work have a major impact on team cohesion; Second,team cohesion has a significant influence on team performance.Finally, the author summarizes the research results, puts forward a number ofrecommendations to improve team cohesion. This paper not only want to build acomprehensive framework of team cohesion through the relationship research of theteam cohesion and other factors; Also aims to provide advises for the enterprisemanagement.
