Enterprises in the face of globalization and the accelerate of the development on new challenges changes in the economic environment, relying on the development of personal strength seems to be more and more powerless, in order to cope with this fierce competition, companies are increasingly preference for teamwork. With the appearance of a large number of teams, causing the researchers to explore the interaction of teamwork becomes fiercely and Team process to the influence of team performance has long been known as the black box by the Academic circles. Activists and theory researchers are trying to uncover the mystery of the black box, hoping to find ways and methods to enhance the overall team performance. So the impact on research of team interactive to team performance has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Research focus and difficulty of this article is that how team interaction impact on team performance.This paper mainly through reviews the assessment of team performance made about by the predecessors, as well as team interaction theory to proposed the main components dimensions of team interaction and how they affect team performance, trying to uncover the mystery of the team interaction, at the same time you can find an effective strategy to enhance team performance, provide guidance for the future researchers from theory field and practice field.This paper uses a method which is combination of theory and practice to study the impact on team interaction to team performance. After finishing on arrange and statistical of the 167 samples, take advantage of SPSS20.0 questionnaire for inspection on validity and reliability of the test, then analysis of the sample data about correlation and analysis agency, getting the main conclusions in this article :Team communication、team trust、teamwork、team support、team learning and task team interactive on team performance has a significant positive effect.The conflict of emotional conflict has negative effect on team performance.Team size has a dampening effect on the impact of team interaction in team performance, team founded age play a role to accelerate the team influence on the interaction of team performance.Finally, after the analysis of the conclusion, according to the relevant literature suggests a number of ways and methods to enhance team performance and provide some reference.The main innovation of this paper is:first of all,after comprehensive some relevant literatures, making a new division of the team interactive dimension, So that the influence of team interaction on team performance becomes more clearly; Secondly, studied the team size and fixed number of year of the team was founded as a moderator variable in the role of team interaction effects on team performance; Finally,also proposed to enhance the team performance strategy for team interaction dimensions.
