The new era of experience economy,the intensification of conflict have a more subtle relationship with team commitment,in which process conflict is the most frequent,playing an important role in the decision of strategic task cooperation and the allocation of responsibilities,which also makes the relationship between team members and the relationship with the enterprise unpredictable.Enterprise management practice need to pay attention to the effective process conflict within the team in order to stabilize the enterprise talent structure,enhance the members of the team’s identity and participation.Thus,the study of team process conflict and team commitment has aroused the interest of some scholars.Although there is a series of valuable results have been achieved in recent years,the internal process between them is still scarce.Domestic scholars only focus on the team process conflict and the research has just started,so the team process conflict study in the situation of China clearly necessary and its outcome variables research remains to be supplemented.Therefore,on the basis of the classical process conflict research model,this study focuses on the internal process of team process conflict to team commitment combined with team trust perception and team emotional intelligence to provide a meaningful reference.In this study,we used the mature measurement scale,testing and constructing the questionnaire by rigorous reliability and validity analysis to ensure the quality of the questionnaire.Then,SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze the 78 team data from 392 individuals,and the hypothesis was verified.Based on the team leval of the process of conflict,team trust perception,team emotional intelligence and team commitment,research results show that:(1)Team process conflict both have negative effect on team trust perception and team commitment significantly.(2)Team trust perception plays a mediating role between team process and team commitment.(3)Team emotional plays a moderating role between the team process of conflict and team trust perception.
