| Organizations are faced with lost employee productivity due to poor ergonomic conditions, liability and consequences of not providing ergonomically compliant working conditions, and the effort it would take to gauge the ergonomic state of their workforce. The project will assist organizations with the administration of identifying and addressing the ergonomic non-compliance for its employees for the modern business office, specifically the computer desk. The project provides the necessary education in the discipline and the software tool, BOESAT, provides the automation and accuracy in which necessary actions that are needed to be undertaken in order to address any ergonomic non-compliance in an efficient manner. |
