As a kind of electromechanical product, radar’s man-machine engineeringperformance influences the operation accessibility and maintenance rationality of radarstructure. It is necessary to analyze the man-machine engineering performance of radarduring the design process of radar. A set of radar structure man-machine engineeringanalyses solution is proposed and implemented by secondary development of thecommercial softwares including Vega Prime、AnyBody and Diguy.The design solution of radar structure man-machine engineering analyses system isproposed based on the requirement analysis in detail. The hierarchical structure andmodules of man-machine engineering analyses system is setup, and the whole workingprocess and data flow are analysed detailedly. A kind of rapid virtual human modelingmethod is proposed by the combining of Poser,3Dmax,DI-Guy and People Putty. Avirtual human model can be setup rapidly by inputing the basic body features such asheight, appearance and costume. The Pro/E3D radar model files can be converted to theOpenFlight data supported on Vega Prime by the intermediate IGES data. Thesimulation of radar mechanism kinematic is realized by the translation of fra files. Thecommunication channel between DI-Guy and AnyBody is setup by the windowsmessage mechanism. The analysis of kinematics and inverse dynamics are realized.Finally, the process of radar structure man-machine engineering analyses is completed.
