Office business management platform is a starting point of the unit information work(procedure), Whether office business platform is good or bad, not only directly determines the efficiency of office work in the field, and makes some improvement in precision during working procedure, but also indirectly make some significant effects on the information systems in the future construction. With the rapid improvement of informatization process, daily office work is an infrastructure work, the degree of units informatization attract more and more attentions. The growing popularity of computer technology and network technology not only accelerates the process of informatization management in all walks of life in China, but also make it possible for enterprises to seek new business models and for supporting platform. Qilu Securities Co., Ltd. (Qilu Securities) is approved by the CSRC, and is a large-scale comprehensive securities company funded by the Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., Yanzhou Mining Group Co., Ltd., Jinan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. This article is based on the actual needs of our company, Qilu Securities Co., Ltd. We complete the online training platform analysis, design and implementationQilu Securities Co., Ltd. as a large securities company, has a high demand for staffs skills and knowledge level of the business. The company currently employs 5,000 people, and has more than 130 branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun and other cities and parts of Shandong Province. Because of the large number of employees and widely distributed of them, the coordination has been one of the problems plagued the development of enterprises. Therefore, the development and implementation of office business management platform, and with the internal organization of the platform and effective business management, business development services to better the company for the development of priority.In this paper, UML (Unified Modeling Language) is used as the language of system analysis and design, J2EE technology as the platform architecture, based on software engineering, RUP (Unified Process) as software development methods, design and implicate several sub-office of office business management system. Currently, the system completed internal communications, daily office, information dissemination, daily operations management, systems management, file management, brokerage and management modules, which included series of analysis and design. Some features meet the business needs, achieve the expected goal and achieve the goal of network migration after using and testing in the enterprise.
