At present,computer monitors mostly use fixed brackets or manual adjustments of mechanical structure,which is not flexible,so the monitors are relatively fixed;long-term use of computers can easily lead to inappropriate sitting posture,visual fatigue,cervical discomfort and other health problems.In view of the above problems,in order to realize the statistics of staffs usage habits,analyze and improve staffs sitting habits,maintain staffs health and improve staffs work efficiency,this paper mainly designs a display robot ergonomic system based on visual servo.Firstly,in order to realize the requirement that the ergonomic system can provide important sitting data analysis for ergonomics,an image processing system based on face three-dimensional pose recognition is developed in this paper.The image processing system can realize the detection of face pose,and the related image processing algorithms,including face detection,face feature point detection,binocular ranging and face pose detection,are introduced in this paper.Secondly,in order to realize the ergonomic system to adjust the display according to face position and pose information,this paper designs a five-degree-of-freedom electric bracket and bracket controller.The mechanical structure and motion principle of the electric bracket are analyzed and introduced,and the components of the bracket controller are introduced.Finally,the hardware design and software design of the whole system are introduced in detail.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the system.The system can detect and record the position and posture data of the staff,and adjust the five-degree-of-freedom electric bracket according to the position and posture information of the face,so as to drive the display to the appropriate position.The system is analyzed and prospected.
