With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of the income of village residents,after meeting the basic needs of eating and living,the residents of the villages have a strong demand for new and updated transportation.The Chinese micro-vehicle industry is booming in this context.development of.However,due to the impact of too fast development,low thresholds,lagging national policies,and poor corporate management also restrict the development of industries and enterprises.What is particularly obvious is that the mini-car industry has not yet formed a very suitable marketing system.Most companies are still learning from the marketing systems of the automobile,motorcycle and home appliance industries,which also restricts the development of the industry.The academic community has not reached an agreement on the concept of the marketing system,and different scholars have different views.However,the academic community's understanding of the marketing system is mainly from two perspectives,one is from the perspective of marketing operations,and aother is from marketing strategies.The former focuses on the description of the process,and the latter focuses on the description of the marketing content.Although each has its own emphasis,the two aspects are skillfully combined in the actual application process.This article belongs to applied research,and uses existing research results to guide the writing of the thesis.Therefore,it does not propose its own definition of the marketing system.The content of the marketing system also basically includes two dimensions,one is a process perspective,and another is a strategic perspective.As one of the top-level designs of an enterprise,the marketing system is an important part of its management and marketing activities,and it is the basis for the survival and expansion of enterprises.A well-established marketing system of an enterprise and industry requires not only marketing theory and research methods,but also the combination of the industry and the company's own characteristics.The combination of theory and practice is the most appropriate.Only in the fierce competition can we survive and grow in order to adapt to the trend of globalization and the needs of the country.This paper mainly takes Shandong BS Company as the research object,and analyzes and optimizes its marketing system.The paper starts from the basic theory of marketing system,and analyzes the status quo of each component of Shandong BS company marketing system.The problems in product positioning,organizational structure,businessprocess,management system and performance system were searched one by one,and suggestions and countermeasures for improvement were proposed from the perspective of product,channel,price and promotion.And promote the construction of the marketing system of Shandong BS Company as a whole,and promote the marketing system of Shandong BS Company and the overall development of the company.Through investigation,research and summary,this paper optimizes the marketing model of Shandong BS Company,especially to ensure the company's competitiveness in terms of products,channels,prices and promotions.A series of standards,processes and management standards are proposed for the industry.Other companies have certain research implications.
