Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision Of Small Catering In Wencheng County

People is all-important to the country,and food is all-important to the people.Food is the most fundamental material on which depends the survival and development of mankind,with the further reform and opening and the rapid development of food industry,food safety issues has become the focus of the government and the public at all levels.Food safety supervision is about the functional departments of a state takes the responsibility of food safety in food production,circulation and catering.The catering safety supervision is the most difficult and the most problematic point with the hardest task among them,it has always been the focus and difficulty of market supervision and management departments at all levels.And because of the particularity and complexity of small catering industry,the supervision of it has became the most important and difficult.The paper takes Wencheng County as the research object,analyzing the problems and causes of the county's food safety supervision from the general situation of the small catering and the current status of food safety supervision in Wencheng County,by means of documentary,investigation and case study.In view of the problems and causes found in the study,by using the asymmetric information theory and food safety management related theory,using the excellent regulation experience of domestic and abroad,and combined with the condition of Wencheng County,this paper gives some countermeasures to improve the small catering safety supervision from the following three aspects,improve the management level of small catering,perfect the government regulation model,and strengthen social supervision function,which were in order to provide some reference for the supervision of small catering in remote areas of China.
