As an important part of the catering industry,small catering industry,based on the advantages of small business area,relatively simple production technology,low input cost,less labor and fast income,has been developing rapidly with the economic development since the reform and opening up.However,at the same time,we should pay full attention to the hidden dangers of food safety in small catering services,so as to ensure the food safety of the people and the recovery and development of the market economy.For the hidden dangers of food safety in small restaurants,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of food safety of small restaurants.This paper takes p County of Zhejiang Province as an example to carry out the research on food safety supervision of small restaurants in county.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,and combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas and main contents of this paper.The second part is to define the related concepts involved in this study,and to elaborate the relevant theories used in this paper combined with small food safety.The third part is to introduce the current situation of food safety supervision of small restaurants in P County of Zhejiang Province,mainly including the current situation of small restaurants in P County of Zhejiang Province and the current situation of food safety supervision found from the perspectives of small catering units themselves,small catering safety supervision departments and consumers.The fourth part is the problems and reasons of food safety supervision in P County of Zhejiang Province.The problems include the difficulty of food safety supervision,the heavy burden of supervision departments,the lack of food safety awareness of employees,and the lack of food safety awareness of consumers.The main reasons for the problems include imperfect regulatory mechanism,weak regulatory body,and lack of food safety popularization for employees Lack of food safety publicity for employees and consumers.The fifth part is to put forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the food safety supervision of small restaurants,including strengthening the construction of supervision department team,innovating supervision mode,establishing long-term supervision mechanism and strengthening food safety publicity.
