Research On Social Supervision Of Food Safety In Wencheng County,Wenzhou City

The rapid development of the national economy and the steady improvement of the quality of people's living standards will make the importance of food safety more and more prominent.In recent years,various food safety incidents have occurred frequently,and food issues have become the focus of public and public opinion.The effectiveness of food safety supervision is directly related to the sustained,rapid and healthy coordinated development of the food industry.Therefore,as a supervisory department,the government should seize the problems in the various regulatory links closely.related to the vital interests of the masses,and constantly improve the supervision system.In particular,it is necessary to strengthen grassroots supervision,focus on the sinking of power,and truly enhance the supervision power at the grassroots level..Articles 7,8 and 10 of the Food Safety Law,implemented in 2009,encourage food industry associations,news media,social groups,grassroots mass autonomous organizations,individuals and other entities to participate in the supervision and management of food safety.This is the first time that China has established the role of these social forces in food safety supervision in the form of legislation.This also marks that China's food safety supervision model is from a single administrative supervision mode to administrative supervision and supplemented by social supervision.The regulatory model has changed.This paper analyzes the gaps in the current administrative supervision of Wencheng County,the problems existing in food business households and the grassroots masses,and plans a set of grassroots food safety social supervision system to make up for the shortcomings of administrative supervision.Through literature analysis,case analysis and other research methods,combined with the current situation of food safety social supervision in Wencheng County and demand analysis and investigation,this paper analyzes the existing problems of food safety social supervision in Wencheng County,Wenzhou City.And Wencheng County of Wenzhou City food safety social supervision problems are analyzed,the main problems are:lack of awareness of citizens to participate in supervision,public supervision atmosphere is not strong,lack of corporate social responsibility awareness,lack of industry supervision,social supervision system shortcomings,the main body did not form a joint effort.Finally,combining with the practice and Enlightenment of grass-roots food safety social supervision at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of food safety social supervision system in Wencheng County:optimizing and unifying food safety platform,optimizing basic food safety services,perfecting social supervision and security system,activating the consciousness of each subject participating in supervision,and establishing and perfecting it.The linkage mechanism will form the resultant force of food safety and social supervision.
