Research On Evaluation Of Business Process Maturity Of ZD Real Estate Company

In recent years,many real estate companies,especially small and medium-sized real estate companies,have fallen into difficulties due to the increasing pressure of market competition and the poor management of enterprises.Under the background of intensified competition,strong customers and constant changes,the old functional management model can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development.The thesis is based on the business process theory and maturity model theory,Build a maturity evaluation system for ZD company.The system is used to evaluate "Business process maturity" and "Enterprise capability maturity".Finally,improvement Suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation results.This paper constructs a complete maturity evaluation system from four aspects:function orientation?evaluation model.evaluation method and improvement path.In the process of"function positioning",determine the applicable scope of the system.In the process of constructing the "evaluation model",this paper analyzes the current management status and existing problems of ZD Company,summarizes the influencing factors of enterprise capability maturity and business process maturity,and builds a complete evaluation model.As for the"evaluation method",the paper adopts the reliability analysis method to test the questionnaire results,which enhances the applicability of the system.In the process of constructing the"improvement path",the practical application value of the evaluation system is fully considered.At the end of the paper,based on the maturity evaluation system,the maturity evaluation of ZD company's business process status and company status is been conducted,and the maturity level is finally calculated,and improvement Suggestions and specific measures are proposed for the maturity level.In this paper,the thinking of PEMM model is been considered when the evaluation system is constructe.Through specific application research,it is shown that maturity evaluation is not only the construction of models,but also helps enterprises to carry out controllable process reform.It also has strong practical guiding significance for companies that want to improve their business level through process thinking.Among them,different from the traditional maturity evaluation research in the following aspects(1)With PEMM model as the core,a complete business process maturity evaluation system was been built.(2)Using the variable definition approach for the first time brings the maturity model closer to the assessment object.(3)The method of "reliability analysis" was been applied to analyze the maturity evaluation results,Make the model suitable for many people,and can play its function of communication and education.
