Competitions among enterprises are not the products but the business models nowadays. So we find that excellent business model is the key of success. Business model is the synthesis about "what to do, what to do, how to make money" for a company. In this knowledge economy era, a successful business model will be replicated to the sub-enterprises, which is the key to the success of many enterprises. Replication, a familiar phenomenon sometimes referred to as the "McDonalds approach," entails the creation and operation of a large number of similar outlets that deliver a product or perform a service.Economy globalization and the development of information technology have changed business environments dramatically, which force enterprise management carrying out great innovations. Business process management (BPM) is a new management theory, which can meet the innovation requirements. With business process management in the enterprise becoming increasingly salient, business process management has played an increasingly important role to help support the process of business model reproduction.This paper first summarizes the meaning and current domestic and overseas studies of Business Process Management Maturity, focusing on the core elements of business process management. My research summarizes six core elements of BPM: strategic alignment, governance, methods, information, technology, people, and culture. Meanwhile, based on the summary of previous research, the paper considers three perspectives on barriers to replication. Those are access to key resources, organizational impediments or weaknesses, and obstacles to effective search. Through literature review and empirical research methods, the effects of business process management core elements on the difficulty level of business models were explored. Research results verified the rationality of the hypothetical and assumed model. And then a revised model was raised according to the data.The essay is classified into 6 chapters, which respectively introduce the research background, research meanings; main concept, related article counts; the analyze and establishment of business process management core elements on the difficulty level of business models; the design and analytical approach of empirical research; empirical examination of the presumptive model and related conclusion and advice.
