Sales is one of the basic models of company profitability.The process of sales personnel marketing products and letting the designated target group purchase specific products or services can be called sales behavior.The sales management system determines the basic sales policy by analyzing the customer's consumption behavior,produces products that meet the needs of the target customers,and performs operations such as receipt and payment,and storage and exit in the process.This article hopes to provide a reference for future sales business-related system design by studying the design and implementation of a sales management system.The main content of this article includes:Introduced the risk management of the sales management system,mainly through WBS to decompose work tasks,and on this basis,establish a probability-consequence matrix for risk identification and risk assessment,and set up a third-party risk monitoring unit for risk response and supervision.This article plans the project quality according to ISO9000 quality management standards.From the beginning of the project demand confirmation,to the demand tracking and demand change in the development process,and the quality control stage after the project is completed,the corresponding quality management plan is proposed.This article also analyzes the basic system architecture of the sales management system,including the construction of the application level of the system,the selection of the technical framework,and the construction of the database model.At the end of the article,the implementation process of the system is introduced,starting from the needs analysis,including the implementation of security strategies,the establishment of business demand models,and the implementation of functions.This article proposes a process of designing and implementing a sales management system,which provides a feasible solution for similar projects of other enterprises,and can also provide some practical application experience for IT projects and sales management projects.
