Credit management is an important means for rural commercial banks to controloperating costs,improve economic efficiency, rural commercial banks have adopteda variety of advanced management techniques and business concepts to improve thelevel of credit management,rural commercial banks’ credit information managementis a good way to treat the market competition,control risk,and is also an importantmeans for achieving sustainable development,credit management information systemfor bank information management level,to lower the cost of assets and liabilities,and realization of electronicprocess management has a strategic significance.This article designs a rural commercial bank credit management system,not nolyanalyzs the demand for bank credit business and the feasibility of the system,relyingon the existing computer system development tools, but also explores the realizationof system functions.Firstly, review the literature on the research status of the rural commercial bankcredit management system analysis,based on various types of credit system designand implementation of IT, provides a good reference for our research; then analysethe business needs and the basis of the analysis in the literature from the fourperspectives of technology, economics, operations and systems, rural commercialbank credit management system on the feasibility of; again, by analyzing thebusiness needs of the rural commercial bank credit management system,Then,combined with business needs and existing computer technology development anddesign of rural commercial banks; Finally, the design of the Institute of ruralCommercial Bank credit management system functions are discussed.
