The Research On Quality Improvement Project Of Self-help Reporting Based On The MPP Database

Nowadays,with the rapid development of Internet,the demand of data has become more and more urgent for enterprise.Mastering data,analyzing data and using data effectively are also the needs for every enterprise.After years of development since Sichuan mobile company was founded in 1999,the scale is growing stronger,now the number of users,the quantity of equipments,the length of fiber optic cable are the first place among the telecom operators in the province,the quantity of all kinds of business data is also a massive explosion,how to use the data well effectively and develop the market is the key for the company.In order to analyzing data better and faster,the company introduced the MPP databases now,relying on the MPP database high-performance,self-help report was established.It makes the data analysis,data presentation and data extraction more flexible and is a powerful analysis tool for Sichuan mobile company marketers to grasp market trends.Sichuan mobile company attached great importance to the quality of product and offered quality management activities from top down in the company for a long time.This paper is in the context of the self-help report which is based on MPP database,viewed from the theories and the project specific point,studied quality management deeply.First,the paper described the generation and development of self-help statements,expounded the significance of enterprise,and then introduced the related theories of project management,including methods and tools of quality management,quality improvement of PDCA cycle.And third,on the basis of the theories,the project was introduced.And combining with the company’s development strategy and user research,the problems of self-help report were proposed,using Pareto diagram to determine the main quality problems in the practical production.The reasons of the quality were analyzed one by one,the corresponding quality management measures were taken.The self-help report targets were increased obviously through the project implementation.Quality management activities made more and more people participate in quality improvement,which improved product quality at the same time also strengthened the quality awareness of employees.It brought the far-reaching impact on the level of personal business and the company team construction,so as promoted the development of the company system construction better and faster.
