In recent years,China's economy has shown a high-speed development trend.All walks of life have developed rapidly in this environment,which has increased market competition.The domestic banking industry is no exception.With the continuous improvement of customers' requirements for services,the continuous derivation of banking products,and the increasingly complex process of service projects,the traditional application mode has not kept pace with the development of the industry and can not meet the growing needs of customers.In order to solve this problem,the domestic banking industry began to introduce foreign ideas,set up a special operation management department,set up a centralized operation center for the bank,and turn the standardized risk control and transaction operation into the background.This mode not only improves the efficiency of the work under the premise of reducing the cost,but also can positively affect the risk management and control,carrying the banner of industry transformation.At present,bank a has begun to optimize its business process and change its operation mode by learning from the experience of centralized operation and construction of major institutions at home and abroad,combined with its own characteristics.In the operation of bank a in the world,the provincial centralized operation mode gradually exposes some shortcomings in the risk management link.This paper will analyze and put forward the solutions based on this,which has certain practical significance.As a traditional state-owned commercial bank,bank a adopts the post centralized operation mode,which has the generality and individuality of the modern commercial bank operation mode The research on the problem of risk management in the actual centralized operation mode will also provide some help for other commercial banks.This paper uses case study method,based on the theory of bank process reengineering,risk management and bank operation management,with reference to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on theprocess bank,and takes the provincial background centralized operation mode of bank a as the research object,focusing on the analysis of the risk problems and the causes of the problems in the background centralized operation mode of bank a The results are as follows: first,the level of risk management and control and the efficiency of business processing have been significantly improved under the provincial centralized operation mode,which provides a solid foundation for the high-quality development of bank a.Secondly,the causes of risk management and control problems under the provincial background centralized operation mode of bank a are: first,the inherent problems caused by the high concentration of business and the separation of front and back stations under the provincial background centralized operation mode;second,the problems of Bank A's own management in the implementation of the background centralized operation mode.Third,drawing on the successful experience of domestic commercial banks' back-end centralized operation,this paper starts from four aspects: focusing on process,system intelligent construction,strengthening the basic management of back-end operation,comprehensive risk management and control,and digging into the value of operation data.The purpose of this paper is to make an in-depth analysis of the provincial back-end centralized operation risk of bank a,and put forward a reasonable improvement of its back-end centralized risk management level Opinion.
