Muxi laundry paper is a product of Beijing banghe biotechnology co.,LTD.,a high-tech company founded in 2015 by Dr.Nan zhang and his r&d team.Company to "create a happy life"as the concept,advocate technology,environmental health life.Muxi laundry paper,as a new daily care product launched by Beijing banghe biotechnology co.,LTD in 2018,faces the problem of low recognition and low market acceptance.There is a lot of pressure on startups to simply advertise on a large scale.At present,it is the era of the Internet.The widespread appearance of many "we media",such as douyin,live broadcast and WeChat public account,gives many high-quality start-ups a chance to reverse the attack.Through accurate positioning,innovative marketing,excellent product quality and perfect after-sales service,many high-quality start-ups can have a place in the huge market of China.This paper mainly analyzes the marketing strategy of muxi brand wash and care products of Beijing banghe biotechnology co.,LTD.And puts forward corresponding solutions.Focus on exploring their sales effect in various channels of the market of wash and care daily chemical products,to determine the direction of large-scale marketing.This paper starts from the three aspects of product concept positioning,actual scene marketing and after-sales feedback of products,applies 4P,STP,4C and community marketing theories,and combines marketing theories with actual cases according to the actual sales situation of manufacturers.According to different sales channels,this paper is divided into three directions to product promotion,B2B,B2C,C2C,different for each channel sales model,set up different marketing strategy,according to the characteristics of the product to find the most easy to accept laundry paper of this kind of new products,customers through fission marketing mode,continue to expand product audiences,improve the product's brand influence,and market share.Early through actual investigation and a large number of questionnaires to collect reliable first-hand market information and careful understanding and analysis of the existence of a variety of competitors on the market today,according to the swot analysis method to determine the state and biotechnology co.,LTD.,competitive strategy,make enterprise will remain dominant position in the process of development in the future,in the last chapter of this article,discusses the shortage of enterprise at present and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestion,to help the development of enterprises in the later is better.
