In recent years, domestic production capacity of coated art paper is more than consumption too much, need to develop more foreign market to lessen the existing tension of overcapacity. In globe market, European and American developed countries setup a lot of trade barriers, Gold East Paper need to adjust the sales strategy.The object of research in this article is Gold East Paper sales strategy of South America market, summarize the related literature firstly, then analyze the domestic and foreign market of coated art paper, analyze the environment of South America coated art paper market through PEST model, analyze the competitive strength of Gold East Paper in the industry of coated art paper through Five Forces Model: currently competition is very hard, profit is very low, company is difficult to quit, and have to setup related strategy to fighting for living, in the future, Gold East Paper have to focus on emerging market, like South America market.Through research of current situation of Gold East Paper in South America and SWOT analysis, find the issues of currently sales strategy in the aspect of product, price, place and Promotion, and analyze the reason, then setup new sales strategy in order to solve the issues, detail as follow: optimize strategy of product, price, place, promotion, management and service.This article through optimize sales strategy to instruct long-term stable development of Gold East Paper in South America market, and provide reference to other company or share experience.
