Along with the developments of social economy, China has become the largestpaper producing and consuming marketing in the world. Some multinationalcorporations have occupied the market of paper machine long in China. With thesupports of the nation’s policy and the intense competition, market structure has somechanges. The competition between multinational corporations and Chinese papermachine producers make the market more complicated.Foreign companies currently occupied most market share of high-end papermachine. But the competitions between foreign companies are also very intense. How toavoid price competition, how to find the difference “Blue Ocean”, to gain long-termcompetitive advantage become the major problems for the paper machine manufacturers.This thesis is based Voith Paper as the research object. We want to know VoithPaper is how to compete with the well-known enterprises, when it faces the fiercemarket competition and broad market opportunities in China. The paper settles theproblem of how service marketing strategy of Voith Paper can be carried out in the salesmarketing. The author hopes that the paper will enhance competition capability of othermore paper machine manufacturers.
