Paper industry is an economic of a pillar industry in country, especially in the Europe and America, Japan...etc. nation that economy prosper to all develop the paper industry economic particularly. Last century since 90's, the paper industry of the our country got the fast development, The yield increased 4 times in more than ten years , sale from supply short of demand to supply exceeds demand. After our country become a member of the WTO, the large paper business of abroads enterprise took aim at the bigness market of Chinese. Attended the competition of the local paper market, The our country paper business enterprise enters an new competition period.But, our country of paper business enterprise is constituted of a lot of the small business, many of them were developped by village business .Since then, they is short of business strategy .marketing strategy and target market understanding. If they can't caccording the modem market theories to establish the valid marketing project on time, They will can't compete with domestic and international large paper enterprise.This text is from the profession of five dints analyze" and the business strategy analysis of the outside and inside, absorb the latest marketing theories and market practice ,The text is from the market subdivide , the target market chooses, the"4 P""4 C""4 S" trinity marketing strategy combines, the marketing results tests , marketing expenses and marketing risk control etc. several aspects establishe the market plans of one paper industry, I try to make the project has the stronger maneuverability, and try to make it has the value to direct the inside small business expansion.
