Research On The Issues And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision In The Circulation Links Of Daqing City

In 2008,the outbreak of melamine milk powder incident accelerated the promulgation and implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China."Food Safety Law","Food Safety Regulations" promulgated and implemented,reflecting the national level to strengthen the determination of food safety supervision,but also reflects the "four most stringent" requirements.In recent years,food safety supervision has been developing well in general,but food safety problems are still frequent and have not been thoroughly solved.In this paper,the food safety supervision in circulation in Daqing is the main research content,and by using the methods of literature research,Case Analysis and comparative study,the definition of the research object and the supervision theory of food safety supervision in circulation are briefly introduced,the current situation of food safety supervision in circulation in Daqing was summarized,according to the time,the source of the case,the cause of the case,the type of the relative person,the type of the product in question and so on,this paper carries out a classified study on the illegal acts of food safety supervision in circulation in Daqing in the past six years,combining with the actual work,this paper summarizes the key work and existing problems of food safety work in circulation in Daqing in 2015-2020.Through six-year Case Studies,this paper discusses the problems in the supervision of food safety in the circulation links of Daqing from various angles,mainly in the cooperative supervision,administration according to law,technical support,and the main body of the trade,these problems are caused by many reasons,such as institutional reform,government investment,weak foundation,social co-governance and so on.In view of the above problems and their causes,this paper expounds the advanced concepts and methods of food safety supervision in China,such as Shanghai,Beijing,Zhejiang and Jinzhong,and abroad,such as Japan,the United States,the European Union,Singapore,etc.,some of them were found to be able to adapt to the regulatory needs of Daqing and solve the regulatory problems in Daqing,with some enlightenment,in the aspects of supervision system,supervision mechanism,local regulations,team building and social co-governance,the author put forward countermeasures to improve the supervision work of food safety in circulation in Daqing,and finished the research work,in the practical work,the author puts forward some methods which are beneficial to the development of food safety supervision in the circulation sector in Daqing.
