Analysis Of Food Safety Supervision Mode In Production Link

Food safety,such as Mount Tai,is related to the health and safety of the people,the healthy development of the economy and social stability,and the image of the government and the country.Ensuring food safety is an important part of the government's social management and public service responsibilities.In the event of food safety incidents,often lead to social panic,will have a negative impact on national security and social stability.The food production link as the most important link in the food safety supervision,is the initial stage of the whole food chain,but also food safety violations concentrated multiple links,because of its special nature is always a difficult problem in food safety supervision.The legal system of food safety in our country is still not perfect,the production standard system and the testing standard system are not perfect and so on.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the regulation of food production.Based on the supervision of food production in Nanchang city as an example,the surface of Nanchang city food production problems were analyzed,and reveals the causes of these problems,and puts forward the measures and Countermeasures to strengthen the supervision of food production.In this paper,from the relevant research background,research significance and related literature review at home and abroad,the formation of the overall understanding and grasp of the research object.Then,the paper analyzes the main problems and reasons of the supervision mode of production link in our country from the aspects of the particularity of food safety supervision and the comparison of the supervision mode.Finally,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the supervision mode of food production in Nanchang,and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the supervision mode of food production in Nanchang.
