In recent years,the real estate industry has developed rapidly,with more than ten real estate enterprises with an average annual output value of over 100 billion yuan.Among them,the development of the real estate industry is closely related to the development prospects of surrounding supporting industries,such as energy mining industry,geological exploration industry,landscaping industry and so on.The real estate industry contributes a lot to China's economy and plays a leading role in China's economic development.As the country has carried on the moderate control to our country economy,the real estate industry has also adopted the moderate austerity strategy,the real estate industry was once faced with the situation of tight cash flow,in the struggle to cope with the external economy,the role of management is particularly important.Performance evaluation system in the management of the real estate industry level,particularly,the system with the development of economy is also gradually evolution,the traditional system and the current economic system is not enough,in order to achieve the maximization of utility performance evaluation system,the real estate industry should be according to the current economic development situation gradually perfect performance appraisal system,so as to realize the stable development of the enterprise.However,in the specific practice,many enterprises differ in the methods and depth of performance appraisal,resulting in many problems,which affect the performance appraisal effect.Tianyu Real Estate Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as Tianyu),on the basis of the downward development trend of the real estate industry,the original performance appraisal system and system construction of the enterprise cannot meet the requirements of the current economic development,so the construction of its performance appraisal system and system is in urgent need of improvement.Therefore,this paper starts from the case analysis of the development of the enterprise performance appraisal system,and elaborates the optimization path of the key performance index appraisal system in the fierce competitive market.In specific thesis writing process,the integrated use of questionnaire investigation,interview method,the object of case analysis of the development of performance evaluation system for targeted research,in there are problems on the basis of summary and induction,based on incentive theory,theory of performance management,target management theory,using the SWOT model,related indicators calculation,the integrated use of case analysis of enterprise performance evaluation system for targeted improvement,performance and using Delphi method to confirm the weight proportion.Finally,for the company's assessment system optimization scheme proposed enlightenment and Suggestions.Through analysis,the strategic deployment objectives and relevant policies of the enterprise's performance appraisal system need to be highly consistent.Once the two deviate from each other,the construction of the performance appraisal system will not promote the positive development of the enterprise,but will hinder the realization of the enterprise's strategic deployment.This paper intends to help Tianyu improve its strategic deployment and achieve long-term goals through the design and improvement of its performance appraisal system.At the same time,it provides reference and reference for other real estate developers,optimizes the positioning of future long-term deployment of enterprises and the combination of current performance evaluation,further improves the internal and external management of relevant industries,and makes contributions to optimizing management regulations,improving economic development and promoting industry construction and improvement.
