| Hebei Province attaches great importance to the development of Characteristic Agriculture Industry,and has issued a series of policies and measures.After years of development,although significant results have been achieved,there are still a series of intractable contradictions and problems such as low efficiency,irrational structure and small brand influence,which directly restricts the overall development of the industry.In accordance with the innovation of business model and the development of strategic alliances,this paper conducts capital strategy research on Characteristic Agriculture Industry in Hebei Province based on the value network theory.Capital is the carrier of value creation by the value network.The value network provides a competitive advantage for capital appreciation.It also introduces capital into strategic research fields,which make the strategic analysis model more hierarchical.First,make an overall analysis of the status of the Characteristic Agriculture Industry in Hebei Province.Secondly,based on the value network theory,the diamond model was improved,adding "core enterprises" and "connection stability" elements,introducing the original government elements into the second-level sub-content under the opportunity,and dividing the seven elements of the improved model into Physical capital,Human capital,Social capital.Then make a comprehensive capital strategy analysis of the industries and find that Hebei’s Characteristic Agriculture Industry have weak core radiation capabilities of core leading enterprises,and related and supporting industries have shortcomings.Next,based on the results of the capital strategy analysis,an evaluation system for the influence of each capital element on the agricultural advantageous industries in Hebei Province is constructed,and a questionnaire survey and a triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are used to calculate the influence of each capital element on the industry status.Finally,according to the ranking of the impact of each capital element,the strategic priorities of each capital are clarified,the strategic implementation priorities are determined,and targeted strategic implementation recommendations are made for industry entities such as Hebei agricultural enterprises and governments.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: Social capital has the greatest influence on the development of Hebei’s Characteristic Agriculture Industry,and theindustries are significantly different from traditional agriculture because of its relative brand advantages,marketing advantages,and benefit advantages.Human capital and Physical capital is relatively sufficient,and social capital has become its obvious shortcoming.Therefore,Hebei’s Characteristic Agriculture enterprises should prioritize the social capital strategy,cultivate core competitiveness,and accelerate the establishment of a high-level value network.The government should give full support to related industries and supporting industries,guide specialized service enterprises with a more detailed division of labor into the industry,build a specialized agricultural specialized service system,and improve the mechanism of interest linkage.Only in this way can we better promote the organic integration of the company’s physical capital and human capital,and promote a better development of Hebei’s Characteristic Agriculture Industry. |
