In southwest of China, Guangxi has the geographical advantage and natural resources advantage extremely, developing characteristic agriculture is the inevitable choice of Guangxi. As the international economic opening degree more and more high, Guangxi agricultural industry exchanges and cooperate with other countries more and more frequent, which is in the border areas, confronts with more challenges and opportunities, needs the agricultural industry cluster in order to increase the agriculture competitiveness.But at the same time, Guangxi is a big agriculture province with incomplete infrastructure, low level of production technology.
