Study On Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Competitiveness In Hebei Province Based On Diamond Model

Agriculture,as the basic industry of the three major industries,bears the function of supporting other industries and safeguarding national security.In recent years,agriculture in Hebei has maintained an upward trend in most of the data,but its agricultural competitiveness is not very optimistic nationwide.Judging from the current international situation,the promotion of agricultural competitiveness in Hebei has important strategic significance of the development of China's agriculture and national power.However,in the near future,the relevant research on the evaluation and countermeasures of agricultural competitiveness in Hebei province is in a limited amount,relevant research needs to be supplemented.This study can evaluate the national agricultural competitiveness,and find the shortcomings of the agricultural competitiveness of Hebei province and correct it,which will help the development of agriculture in Hebei province.Based on the literature research,then I review the general theory of industrial competitiveness,summarize the characteristics of the agricultural competitiveness evaluation and the general method,finally chose Potter's "Diamond Model" as the agricultural competitiveness evaluation system.Next,according to the system I select secondary indicators for the competitive power of agriculture and collect data.I evaluate all aspects of the agricultural competitiveness in Hebei Province according to the cross section.Then I selected indicators,detailed analysis of agricultural competitiveness in Hebei province using silver group analysis method to evaluate the national rankings,ultimately the formate of agricultural competitiveness rankings and to find the problem.Based on the study on the theory and data we can conclude that,agricultural competitiveness in Hebei Province is in the middle upper level in the country,and weak in agricultural structure,agricultural science and technology innovation,the quality of agricultural workers,agricultural industrialization level and the government support.We should correct it by increasing government support,reform agricultural scientific research system and talents training system.The study on competitiveness of agriculture has great theoretical and practical significance,propose some opinions and suggestions for the future to improve the competitiveness of agriculture in Hebei province.
