Research On The Financial Performance Of SOGAL Under The Business Model Transformation

With the continuous development of information technology dominated by the Internet,it has become a new development trend to combine the Internet with various industries,including traditional industries,through information technology.Customized home is in the primary stage of development.In recent years,with the change of consumer concept and the fierce market competition,the development of customized home enterprises is facing greater opportunities and challenges.As for how to adapt to the development trend of the market,it is a main developing direction for home furnishing enterprises to improve the financial performance through the transformation of business model.In the field of furniture manufacturing,SOGAL innovatively put forward the concept of "customized Wardrobe",which opened and promoted the industrialization development of customized wardrobe by making it large-scaled and industrialized.Based on above,this paper chooses SOGAL as a case study.From the perspective of business model transformation,this paper analyzes the transformation and development of SOGAL business model.First of all,based on the relevant literature research,the paper establishes the research path of this paper,theoretically,through the analysis of business model,business model innovation and financial performance.Starting from the nine elements of business model,the transformation and innovation of business model are mainly through:key elements innovation and value chain integration.However,both business model and business model focus on financial performance.Business model is the external embodiment of the enterprise's profit.The impact of business model innovation on financial performance is the observation of the dynamic process of the impact of business model on financial performance.Therefore,it constructs the theoretical framework of business model analysis elements,innovation path and impact of financial performance.Then it analyzes the financial data of SOGAL from 2012 to 1018,and uses the ratio analysis and EVA analysis method to analyze the financial performance of SOGAL,and selects non-financial performance indicators for supplementary analysis.It is concluded that the impact of business model transformation on the financial performance of manufacturing enterprises with intensive combination between Internet and others at present.The transformation of business model is a process of continuous change,not anovernight innovation.Combined with the case study,SOGAL has experienced three stages of development through strategic positioning,SOGAL's corporate value proposition determines corporate positioning,key resource capability development and value chain extension business model transformation to gain industry leading advantages.Combined with the case,through strategic positioning,key resource capability development and value chain extension,SOGAL's business model transformation has gone through three stages of development and gained the industry leading advantages.At present,there are some problems,such as the initial development of intelligence,the low combination of intelligence and informationization,the easy imitation of products and the high risk of multi brand operation and management.Therefore,SOGAL's technology development level,enterprise innovation ability and service core competitiveness are the key points of enterprise development and competition.This paper theoretically enriches the cases of business model transformation and financial performance theoretical research,and provides some references for the transformation and development of customized home furnishing enterprises in traditional furniture manufacturing industry in practice,which has certain research significance.
