Research On The Business Model Innovation Of Ansheng Company

Under the new market economy,enterprises are facing the changes of business With the development of China’s automotive industry and financial industry,auto finance has gradually become an important part of the automotive industry.The auto finance risk controlling becomes more and more important,and then forms an industry.However,very few companies and products can systematically solve the key problems of auto financial risk controlling.As a new automobile networking company,Shenzhen Ansheng is devoted to becoming the leader of auto financial risk controlling industry.Its business model is based on how to prevent and solve the risks of the auto financial industry.The main product of the company which named “Daiwuyou” has been in the market for more than half a year.As the market competition has been more and more fierce,the sales performance was not up to expectations even though many technical improvements and sales optimization have been made.Therefore,how to innovate the business model is very important.This paper will adopt the style of monographic research,firstly elaborate the research background and problems of the paper,review the business model theory and business model innovation theory;then systematically display the business model of Shenzhen Ansheng Company through literature analysis,systematic induction and expert opinion survey,and find out its shortcomings through the investigation of industry experts;finally,find out the innovation strategy,new business model and implementation methodology of business model innovation of Shenzhen Ansheng Company.This paper puts forward the strategy of business model innovation of Shenzhen Ansheng company from three aspects: customer-centered value proposition,enterprisecentered key business process and industry-centered resource integration.At the same time,it innovates the existing business model from five aspects: market segmentation,product design,sales channels,profit model and management system,and draws a new business model of Shenzhen Ansheng company。From the enterprise point of view,the research of this paper solves the problem of sustainable development of Shenzhen Ansheng company itself,has realistic guiding significance for the survival and development of Shenzhen Ansheng company,and also has a certain role in promoting social progress and the development of auto financial industry.Academically,financial science and technology enterprises belong to emerging industries.There are few literatures about their business models and innovative research at present.I hope this paper can summarize the innovative direction of business models in auto financial field,make up for the research gap of business models in auto financial technology companies,further enrich the existing business model theory,and provide a direction for future research,even for the innovation of auto financial platform company’s business model.
