In recent years,new retail is changing the operating mode of Chinese retail enterprises at a speed of chasing the wind.Not only commercial giants such as Alibaba and Jingdong Mall are transforming their original business models,but traditional commercial enterprises such as Dafuyuan and China Resources are also undergoing changes.Survival in the pain,especially in the transformation of Yonghui supermarket.So what kind of market performance will Yonghui Supermarket,which is undergoing change? Based on the perspective of business model innovation,this paper evaluates the business performance of Yonghui Supermarket by analyzing the financial data of Yonghui Supermarket in the past five years,and the performance of business is inextricably related to the existing business model of the enterprise.The evaluation of the business model of Hui supermarket is carried out from three components: consumer value orientation,value chain and profit model,which summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Yonghui supermarket business model and gives reasonable Suggest.The purpose of this paper is to enrich the theory of business model innovation,and it is expected to provide more practical inspiration for traditional retail reform.From the perspective of business model innovation,this paper uses various elements to interpret the characteristics of Yonghui Supermarket's business model,and at the same time analyzes the financial performance to further explore the advantages and disadvantages of its business model.This article can be roughly divided into four chapters :The first chapter is an introduction to the context of this paper and the significance of case writing.This section summarizes the existing domestic and international works and literature on business models and financial performance.In addition to the collation,this paper outlines the shortcomings of various current literatures,and proposes its own theoretical research framework: comprehensively evaluates the business model of Yonghui Supermarket from the three factor factors of consumer value orientation,value chain and profit model..The second chapter is the theoretical basis and the foundation of the article.It analyzes the relationship between financial performance and financial performance based on the definition of business model,and provides theoretical support for the writing of the case by collating relevant theoretical research.The third chapter is an innovative study of Yonghui Supermarket's business model.This section is also the core content of this paper,including three parts.The first part mainly introduces the industry background of Yonghui Supermarket and the development status of the company.The second part uses the analysis method of financial and non-financial indicators to study Yonghui Supermarket for nearly five years.The performance of financial indicators,analyze the characteristics of Yonghui supermarket business model,and compare with the financial indicators of other companies in the same industry,through comparative analysis,demonstrate the characteristics of the business model and briefly summarize the reasons.The third part analyzes the three factor factors of consumer value orientation,value chain and profit model,and further discusses how Yonghui Supermarket has innovated the business model.The fourth chapter is mainly to study the conclusions and recommendations,to explore the operational effectiveness of the Yonghui supermarket business model and the problems existing in the operation of the model,and to make corresponding recommendations.The innovation of this paper is that the analysis of financial performance not only uses financial indicator analysis but also non-financial indicator analysis.By reading through the historical literature,most scholars have completely included the business model of the enterprise in the field of business administration and have not comprehensively evaluated the business model of the enterprise in combination with the financial management discipline,while a few scholars who use the financial performance analysis of the business model of the enterprise mostly adopt Is the empirical analysis.Therefore,based on the existing research results,this paper combines business model and financial performance,and uses financial indicators and non-financial indicators analysis method to analyze how the innovation of business model plays a certain role in the financial performance of enterprises.In order to enrich the research content of the business model in the perspective of financial performance,and hope to give certain reference to the industry.
