A Study On The Influence Of Business Model Innovation On Financial Performance Of Yonghui Supermarket

With the rapid development of Internet in China,the convenience brought by online shopping has promoted the rapid growth of online retail industry,but at the same time,the traditional retail market,which is in a depressed state,has become more and more unsatisfactory due to the impact of online retail.This situation makes many traditional retail enterprises start to look for new business models.Yonghui supermarket,as the leader of the retail industry and the forerunner of the new retail model transformation,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its business model innovation and how it affects its financial performance and gives corresponding suggestions,in order to enrich the relevant theories of business model innovation and provide reference for other enterprises' business model innovation.In this paper,from the financial point of view,Yonghui supermarket is selected as a case study.This paper defines the basic concept of business model by integrating and summarizing the existing literature resources,combining with my own experience and understanding.At the same time,it determines the framework of business model structure from the perspective of financial indicators and financial performance.It concludes that the business innovation model of enterprises will be from profit orientation,asset allocation,capital acquisition and cash flow creation Four research dimensions have a definite impact on the financial performance of Yonghui supermarket.Through the analysis of financial data in the past five years,comparing the financial performance of Yonghui supermarket before and after the innovation of business model,this paper explains the impact of different business models on financial performance,analyzes the reasons for the impact and gives the corresponding improvement suggestions.
