| At present,at home and abroad on the study of business model has become a hot focus of global management and business.Business model innovation has caused an unprecedented attention.For traditional software companies,the business models of these companies are software's producing and selling.This business model,in the era of rapid development of Internet and information technology,already can't adapt to the market changes quickly.With P company as the research object,this paper on the basis of business model and business model innovation,empirical studies the relationship between business model and business performance by 111 software and information service of the listed company.On the basis of theories and practical data,from the perspective of the elements of business model,evaluation methods of business model and innovation ways of business model,according to the route: the present situation of business model-environmental analysis of business model-business model innovation-implemented expectation-suggestion,this paper offers a design proposal of the P company business model.Through reposing the company,optimizing core resources and strengthening the contact of value net,the core business of P company will expand to the integrated service,operational services and platform service.The income of integrated services will ensure the stable income scale of P company,and the income of software sales and operations services will be desired profit point.These will realize the multivariate profit model for P company.In the end,the paper forecast the effect of the P company's new business model and think this solution can have a positive impact to business performance and sustainable development for P company.The research of this study is expected to pass business model innovation design,to implement transformation and obtain higher performance.At the same time,the study will provide the reference for the same industry and same size enterprises as P company. |
