At present,China's economic development is in a period of great transformation opportunity,and the financial industry plays a crucial role in this transformation period.As a traditional province with strong economy in China and a national pilot zone for the transformation of old growth drivers,S province needs strong support from the financial industry.As an important state-owned backbone financial enterprise in S province,S branch of China construction bank plays an extremely important role in promoting the overall development of the whole CCB system and the economic development of S province.Based on large data and Internet related technologies for the whole society changes,China construction bank S province branch must firmly seize the opportunities of The Times,to build the core competitiveness of commercial Banks,the commercial bank market make greater space for development in the province,to consolidate its leading position in the system,so as to get more in the market survival and development space.In this paper,the construction bank of China "S provincial branch for a specific object of study,the more mature commercial bank core competence at home and abroad related theories as the foundation,and combining the S province economic development situation,the construction bank S branch development survey,analyses its advantages and disadvantages of currently exists in the development and use of core competitiveness evaluation index system" S core competitiveness of the provincial branch of CCB was evaluated,finally puts forward the development countermeasures of enhancing core competitiveness construction bank S provincial branch.From the overall status quo of the competitiveness construction of S province branch of CCB,the main advantages at present include: capital advantage,talent advantage,mass base advantage;The main disadvantages include: administrative color still exists,lack of competitiveness in the industry,reduced profitability of enterprises,lack of product innovation ability,slow development of mobile finance network finance,lack of human resources construction and serious brain drain.Following the principle of comprehensiveness,scientificity and consistency,this paper selects six major indicators of core competitiveness,namely profitability,liquidity,safety,innovation,customer satisfaction and mobile financial network financial utilization rate,to analyze and evaluate.Liquidity index includes current ratio,cash asset ratio;Safety indicators includenon-performing loan ratio and core capital adequacy ratio;The innovation index includes the proportion of master's degree and above,and the proportion of scientific and technological innovative talents.Customer satisfaction index includes customer complaint rate,customer evaluation degree;The financial index of mobile financial network includes the usage rate of online banking and mobile banking.Then through the calculation of professional mathematical software,the weight of relevant indicators is determined,and the index system of commercial Banks' core competitiveness is constructed.This index system was used to collect data from the annual reports and various financial journals of Banks in S province and to process the data in a standardized manner to analyze and statistic the data ranking of each sub-index and comprehensive scoring data of 8 major commercial Banks in S province.The evaluation results show that the S provincial branch of CCB still lags behind other commercial Banks in the province in terms of profitability,innovation ability,customer satisfaction and mobile financial network financial construction,which to a large extent restricts the improvement of its core competitiveness.This paper holds that the S branch of CCB should improve its core competitiveness from the aspects of business transformation,improving customer satisfaction,strengthening internal governance,promoting diversified services and optimizing human resources construction.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide a certain reference for the promotion of core competitiveness of S provincial branch of CCB and the development of other commercial Banks in the province.
